The historic and beloved hydrofoil—the last surviving vessel of the glorious RHS70 series and a true masterpiece of Italian technology—has been completely restored and transformed into a multimedia room. During the restoration, the original furnishings and fabrics were recreated. Inside the Freccia dei Gerani, a film produced by the Museo Barca Lariana is screened, recounting the life of Enrico Forlanini, the inventor of the hydrofoil.
